This is a Full Time Seasonal position from now until 1/2/2027.

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and driven Senior Lead to oversee the seamless operation of customer service, employee management, and food safety initiatives within our organization. This role involves leading all aspects of customer service delivery, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for employees, and implementing food safety programs that meet or exceed regulatory standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervise guest and customer interactions to maintain assigned friendliness levels.
- Monitor, audit and coach staff to maintain food presentation and quality.
- Ensure guest value and experience maintained at superior levels.
- Ensure guest-dining experience reflects professionalism.
- Orientate, coach and train staff.
- Meet deadlines and ensuring administrative work is completed.
- Ensure compliance with federal guidelines while maintaining a positive work climate.
- Make financial decisions like ordering inventory and all aspects of sales.
- Understand and manage all aspects of P&L, including expense/labor management.
- Develop employee work schedules within labor budget.
- Train, audit and ensure compliance with all SDCM/Food Safety guidelines and procedures.

- Maintain a safe food environment and follow safety procedures.
- Maintain positive, helpful relationships across divisional lines and management.
- Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
- Communicate changes effectively; Improve processes, products and services.
- Work with integrity.
- Support organization's goals and values.
- Complete administrative tasks correctly and on time.
Required Skills
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Basic math skills to include making change and counting change back to guests.
- Must be able to complete an in-house ServSafe food training class.
Required Experience
- High volume, fast paced experience working with food preferred.
- 3 years of supervision/management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift, and carry an average weight of 25 pounds to 50 pounds maximum
- Push and pull an average weight of 25 pounds to 60 pounds maximum
- Stand/walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete for 67 – 100% of the time
- Work in extreme weather conditions
- Continuously make repetitive motions
- Wear personal protective gear (Hair restraints, food safe gloves, etc) correctly most of the day
- Remember locations, understand and carry out instructions
