The Simulation Training Instructor/Operator supports Army National Guard training programs by providing simulation and gunnery training, operator certification, and logistical support for TADSS and virtual training systems across multiple locations nationwide.
Responsibilities include conducting integrated training, maintaining operational systems, developing lesson plans, troubleshooting, supporting major exercises, and ensuring system readiness for various TADSS such as EST, CFFT, VCOT, and MILES.
Qualifications require at least 3 years of experience with TADSS training and doctrine, instructor or staff background, and proficiency with specific training systems. A DoD SECRET clearance is needed, and travel to multiple sites is expected. The role is full-time, exempt, and adheres to equal opportunity employment policies.
