Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher with a current unencumbered license or simulation certification and/or experience in another Allied Health discipline
A minimum of three years of recent work experience in medical/surgical, critical care, or emergency nursing.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to teach work flexible hours as needed.
Basic knowledge and experience in the use of simulators.
Willingness to teach concurrent/dual-enrolled students if needed.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in education, simulation, healthcare, or a related discipline.
Current formal classroom education experience in nursing.
Experience teaching with simulation.
