    Job Overview A law firm seeks a Single Plaintiff Team Lead Attorney in Beverly Hills, CA. This role involves leading a team of attorneys in single‑plaintiff employment litigation, overseeing case lifecycles, and collaborating with firm leadership to enhance departmental growth.Duties Lead and manage a team of attorneys handling single‑plaintiff employment litigation.Oversee the full lifecycle of individual employment cases, from intake to litigation.Assess new matters, evaluate legal merit, and provide strategic guidance.Supervise the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other legal filings.Engage in settlement discussions, mediations, and trial preparation as needed.Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure efficient case progression.Provide mentorship and training to team members.Monitor team performance and implement best practices.Work with firm leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.7+ years of employment law experience, focusing on single‑plaintiff litigation.Demonstrated leadership ability in managing legal teams.Deep understanding of employment law claims.Proven success in litigation strategy and client communication.Excellent legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.Skills Legal writing and analytical skills.Organizational and leadership abilities.Proficiency in litigation strategy and client communication.#J-18808-Ljbffr
