Growth Potential Team-Oriented Environment Hourly Rate: $18/hr. + $1/hr. shift premium for 3rd shift 3rd Shift = 10pm to 6am
What Success Looks Like: Set up equipment and complete changeovers timely Produce and use Material Identification labels Identify quality material prior to packaging Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; and notify supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues Responsible for attending work on time and for scheduled hours each day Maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S Standards Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers
Your Credentials: One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment High School Diploma or GED preferred Willing to work overtime including weekends Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 lbs. on an infrequent basis
