Starkey Hearing is hiring a SIOP Demand Planner at its global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, business insight, and strong cross-functional partnerships to build credible, forward-looking demand forecasts.
The position will partner with the Commercial and Supply Chain teams in the creation and management of the operational demand plan for Starkey by product type and part number in the planning system. This position will facilitate the SIOP process for assigned markets and products to gain consensus and ensure alignment in strategy between the supply and demand. As our tools and processes evolve, you will have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and sustain the standard demand planning process and systems.
Ensure the organization produces an updated monthly demand plan and adherence to deadlines.
Assist in facilitation of demand review meetings for the market and provide the data and inputs for the global SIOP process.
Influence and obtain consensus on the demand plan while incorporating market intel and trends
Establish accountability for the demand plan with sales and marketing and ensure plans are agreed to each month by the managing director Communicate the key assumptions and changes in the SIOP meetings

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or applicable experience.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The target rate for this position is between $64,680 to $103,320/year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
