A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Specialist n balancing customer demand, inventory levels, production capacity, and procurement activities to support business objectives and service goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the monthly SIOP process, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, supply chain, and finance.
Develop and maintain demand and supply plans to support customer requirements and inventory targets.
Analyze forecasts, inventory performance, capacity constraints, and production schedules.
Identify supply chain risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service, and on-time delivery.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve planning processes and operational efficiency.
Prepare reports, metrics, and recommendations for leadership review.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in SIOP, supply planning, demand planning, production planning, or inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
ERP/MRP system experience required; SAP experience preferred.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning and forecasting tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
