Job Description
### Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate You will support timely and accurate movement of goods across the warehouse, ensuring freight is received, staged, and shipped according to client SOPs. You’ll work onsite on 1st shift in an operational warehouse environment and collaborate with supervisors, forklift operators, and cross-functional shipping/receiving teams to meet KPIs and quality standards.
### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Offload and load vehicles, trailers, and ocean containers safely and without damage
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, hand jacks, and other material-handling equipment
- Palletize, stretch-wrap, band, and prepare outbound loads; label and stage freight for shipment
- Match paperwork with freight, accurately sign Bills of Lading, verify counts, and report discrepancies or damages
- Use warehouse booking-in sheets or the Warehouse Management System to maintain organization and inventory accuracy
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Execute quality expectations per SOP, including rework or recouping freight as needed
- Assist with training new staff and contribute to process improvement recommendations
- Complete site-specific tasks such as weekly bond checks, DFT procedures, and bonded freight handling as required
### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Minimum 6 months of previous warehouse operations experience with the client
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, frequently bend, twist, reach, and periodically lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours/days and meet or exceed location-established KPIs

- Experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Previous external warehouse or freight-forwarder experience
- Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders
- Ability to speak Spanish
