**Sit-Down Forklift Operator (1st and 2nd Shift) - Preston, WA-Temp-to-hires!!!!!** **Company: Talking Rain Beverage Company** **Location: Preston, WA (Onsite)** **Pay Rate: $22.00/hour-$22.75/hr** **Schedule:** 4 days/week, 12-hour shifts **Shifts:** + **1st Shift: 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM** + **2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM** **Days Off:** Saturday, Sunday + 1 rotating weekday **Overview** We are hiring a **Sit-down Forklift Operator for 1st and 2nd shift warehouse operations in Preston, WA** . This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork. **What You'll Do** + **Safely operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and move materials** + Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks with accuracy + Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections + Stack and store products according to safety and quality standards + Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices + Use RF scanners to track inbound and outbound shipments + Maintain clean and organized work areas (GMP standards) + Assist with inventory cycle counts + Follow all safety, food quality, and warehouse procedures **What We're Looking For (Must Have)** + **1-2 years of sit-down forklift experience (REQUIRED)** + Minimum 1 year warehouse or distribution experience + High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) + Experience with RF scanners and/or WMS systems (preferred) + Strong attention to safety and detail + Ability to work independently and in a team environment + Willingness to work overtime as needed + Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally + Valid driver's license **Schedule & Pay Details** + 4x12 schedule (4 days on, 3 days off) + Weekends off + 1 rotating weekday off + $22.00/hour-$22/75/hr **Why Apply?** + Consistent full-time schedule with extended days off + Growth opportunities within a well-established company + Performance-based bonus potential + Team-oriented, safety-focused workplace + Onsite perks including gym access and additional benefits \#CB #P1 #P2 As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
