Forklift Operator – Temp-to-Hire

• Sunday–Tuesday, Days: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM; Wednesday, 6:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Sunday–Tuesday, Nights: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Wednesday, 6:00 PM–12:00 AM
• Thursday–Saturday, Days: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM; Wednesday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Thursday–Saturday, Nights: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Wednesday, 12:00 AM–6:00 AM

Important: Candidates must be available to train on first shift from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for approximately 2–5 days.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
• Create and receive transfer orders using NetSuite/Oracle WMS
• Pick, pack, kit, prepare, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup
• Receive and inspect incoming materials against shipping documentation
• Store materials and equipment in their designated locations
• Process returned materials and equipment according to company procedures
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report any issues
• Maintain accurate inventory and system records
• Keep the facility clean, organized, secure, and safe
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of verifiable sit-down forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with NetSuite/Oracle, AS400, SAP, or another WMS/ERP system
• Strong computer skills
• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, lift light-to-medium materials, and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
