Job Title: Forklift Operator
Shift / Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6am-6pm
Location: Selma, Tx
Hourly Range: $17

Role and Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a sit-down forklift to transport raw materials, finished goods, and packaging throughout warehouse and production areas
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are properly handled, stacked, and stored in compliance with safety and quality guidelines
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and immediately report any safety concerns or mechanical issues
• Keep accurate records of inventory movements, logs, and related documentation for audits and compliance
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to coordinate material flow, adjust to schedule changes, and support special projects

Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of sit-down forklift experience
• No fear of heights
• Experience in a food manufacturing setting is a plus
