Join our outbound warehouse team as a Dock Driver / Sit-Down Forklift Operator (1st Shift) and help keep shipments moving on time. In this role, youll operate a sit-down forklift to safely move, stage, and load/unload materials and finished productswhile also supporting shipping operations with hands-on warehouse work. In this role, youll operate a sit-down forklift to safely move, stage, and load/unload materials and finished productswhile also supporting shipping operations with hands-on warehouse work. Required Skills
- Previous sit-down forklift experience (required)
- Ability to safely load and unload trailers using a sit-down forklift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Comfort in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience assisting with shipping prep tasks (wrapping/securing pallets, staging orders)
- Familiarity with verifying shipments and ensuring orders are accurate
- Prior experience performing dock/door loading and unloading in a warehouse setting
- Preferred: Previous sit-down forklift experience
- Experience level: Not specified beyond the requirement for prior sit-down forklift operation
- Location:Winston-Salem only minutes from Kernersville and Colfax
- Schedule:Friday Sunday, 6:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Pay:$19.00/hour
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Be able to perform manual warehouse duties as needed to support shipping operations
