About the Role

JR Merit is hiring a Site Access & Logistics Support team member to support construction activities at Round Butte Dam. This is a seasonal, project‑based position that will remain active for the duration of the construction project.

This hands‑on, non‑supervisory role focuses on site access control, visitor coordination, deliveries, and general logistics support. You'll be the first point of contact at the jobsite gate and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

This position does not supervise or direct work and does not make site access, safety, or operational decisions.

What You'll Do

• Greet inspectors, delivery drivers, subcontractors, and visitors at the security gate
• Escort visitors to their designated onsite destination and hand off to the appropriate site contact
• Answer the jobsite phone and relay arrival notifications and messages
• Monitor, distribute, and deliver packages and materials onsite
• Run local errands such as supply runs and will‑call pickups
• Support general site needs as directed by site supervision
• Maintain strict access control-no unscheduled or unauthorized site access
• Other duties as assigned

Physical & Work Environment

• Active construction jobsite with indoor and outdoor duties
• Ability to walk the site throughout the day and escort visitors
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay Rate: $30 - $32 per hour
