Job Description
- Build strong relationships with key customer contacts across assigned mining sites.
- Identify sales opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Understand customer operations and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead site-based account activities and support strategic account plans.
- Maintain accurate site, equipment, and opportunity records.
- Drive customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement efforts.

The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven background in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles within an industrial environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
- Mining, minerals processing, or heavy equipment experience is highly desirable.
