Title: Site Administrator

Location: Freeport, TX
Type: Contract (9–12 months)

We’re partnering with a well-established engineering client to hire an experienced Site Administrator to support field operations at their Freeport, TX location. This individual will serve as a Field Office Manager, providing critical day-to-day administrative support to the Site Manager and project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and project team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage timesheet collection and payroll coordination with corporate teams
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including scheduling orientations and issuing site badges
• Order and manage office supplies, deliveries, and general site needs
• Maintain document control systems and file organization (digital and physical)
• Assist with assembling project data books and manuals
• Coordinate meetings, events, and conference room logistics, including setup and catering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a site administration, project support, or office management role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving capabilities

Additional Details

• 100% onsite role (Monday–Friday)
• Pay: $28–33/hour, depending on experience
• Client is actively reviewing resumes this week
• Interviews beginning early May with a target start date of June 1
