Site Administrator
Duration: 3–6 months (contract to hire possible based on performance and business needs)
Location: Houston, TX (IAH Airport)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time
Pay Rate: $28–33/hour
Position SummaryThe Site Administrator supports daily office operations, customer service, and financial reporting in a fast-paced airport environment. This role coordinates work orders, manages records, assists with HR and payroll-related activities, and ensures compliance with company policies. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential. The ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance is required. Top Qualifications- Strong computer skills, especially Excel

Key ResponsibilitiesThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.- Oversee daily office operations as directed by the Site Manager
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer service, including answering phone inquiries
- Coordinate customer service calls with staff and track work orders in the computer system
- Address basic HR-related inquiries and escalate concerns as needed
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation, including new hire paperwork, training coordination, and badging requirements
- Review timecard hours, leave balances, and payroll for discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies
- Track, analyze, and report on spending and billing as directed by the Site Manager
- Order necessary materials and supplies to support office operations
- Adhere to and help ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and required training
- Perform other duties as assigned or as needed
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- 3–5 years of experience in an office environment with emphasis on accounting, payroll, or bookkeeping duties
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security badge for work in secure airport areas
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in airport operations
- Knowledge of Work Order and Maintenance Management Systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience handling confidential information, particularly related to payroll, timekeeping, and financial reporting
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, including reaching with hands and arms. The work environment is fast-paced. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Vision requirements include close proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Good hand-eye coordination is required.Work EnvironmentThe primary work environment is similar to an office setting. However, this role also requires the ability to conduct business in outside weather conditions, near moving machinery parts, on an active airport ramp, and near vehicles and jet aircraft. #IND1#ZR
