Badass Construction is currently seeking a Site Assistant ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Unlock and lock jobsite each day ? doors, windows, garages, etc.
• General site cleanup ? material removal, sweeping and organization
• Generator and temporary heater/air maintenance, care and fueling
• Conduct blower-door tests
• Operate light equipment and power tools
• Document site activities with photos and observations
• Operate machinery including but not limited to: forklifts, high-reach lifts and skid steers
• Daily interaction with, and oversight of, subcontractors
