The role will require a flexible mindset and cooperative team-oriented attitude with progressively increasing management capabilities.You'll Spend Your TimeManaging and facilitating the completion of diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial developmentDeveloping innovative technical land development design solutionsEngaging in strong client relationships through frequent communicationsProviding mentorship, technical guidance, and career development opportunities to the project teamDriving quality deliverables on‑time and on-budgetNegotiating scopes and fees, billing and collectionsAbout YouYou hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil EngineeringYou hold professional registration (P.E.) in VirginiaYou have 7 - 15 years of land development design experience2+ years of hands‑on Project Management experience a plusYou are a self‑starter who is eager to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environmentYou have strong working relationships with developers, contractors, attorneys, land planners, and architectsYou are well‑versed in state and local municipal design and development processesYou interact effectively with local municipal approval authoritiesYou are proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D; and preferably have a strong technical knowledge in SWM design and requirementsYou have experience in Virginia (preferable the Hampton Roads Region) delivering land development projectsOur employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $99,000 to $145,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary.
