Dewberry is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Land Development team in Charlotte, NC. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated civil engineering professional to lead impactful projects across the energy, residential, commercial real estate, and public sector markets while helping shape the continued growth of our practice throughout the Carolinas.
What You''ll Do
As a Project Manager, you will provide both technical leadership and project management oversight for a variety of land development projects. You will collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver high-quality solutions from concept through construction.

Responsibilities
Required Skills & Required Experience
6-10 years of experience in the design and management of land development and capital improvement projects.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license required, or ability to obtain NC licensure within two months of hire.
Strong proficiency with:
AutoCAD Civil 3D
Stormwater modeling software
Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, project budgets, and schedules.
Experience providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering staff.
Experience coordinating permits, project submittals, and regulatory agency approvals.
