Primary Responsibilities
HDR is currently seeking a Site Civil Team Lead in the Madison, WI office and/or the Milwaukee, WI office to lead a team of Site Civil Engineers, EITs, and Designers with experience in complex engineering projects across our fastest growing market sector, Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT).
The ideal candidate should have a proven background in successfully delivering various datacenter and mission-critical projects, ranging from upfront planning and pre-design activities through detail design, construction support, and commissioning.
The Position
The position is in our Building Engineering Services Design Center in our Madison and Milwaukee offices, which is a full-service, multi-disciplinary team including mechanical, electrical, structural, and site civil engineers.
Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of the Site Civil Team Lead are to:
The individual must be highly motivated and will be the lead on multiple, multi-disciplinary projects and may be called to manage projects that have a predominantly engineering focus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCad, and other civil engineering software as appropriate.
