Who We Are
Lawrence Hall is a Chicago-based nonprofit social services agency that provides therapeutic, wellness, and skill development services to youth, families, and communities impacted by trauma.
Lawrence Hall fosters a culture built upon the principles of the Children and Residential Experiences (CARE) model and the core values of Respect, Empowerment, Safety, and Teamwork. Together, these principles are embedded throughout our trauma-informed philosophy and guide how we serve youth and families, support one another as colleagues, and partner with our community.
Our Transitional and Independent Living (TIL) Program empowers young adults ages 18-21 to successfully transition into adulthood by building the skills necessary for independent living. Through supportive housing, life skills development, employment readiness, and individualized support, we help young adults build confidence, stability, and long-term success.
About the Role
As a Site Coordinator for the Transitional Living Program, you will provide leadership and oversight for a multi-unit residential site serving young adults as they transition into independent living. This role supervises staff, oversees daily operations, ensures program compliance, and helps create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where youth can develop the skills needed for adulthood.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, solving problems in dynamic environments, and guiding young adults through important life transitions. Successful candidates are adaptable, compassionate leaders who thrive in mission-driven work and can balance relationship-building with accountability.
