Site Coordinator

Dress Code: Professional attire is required. We will order black polo shirts and the employee is responsible for black/ khaki pants and black shoes.
Driving: Yes, using their personal vehicle is a possibility if a situation arises where they need to go to the post offices or shipping vendor.
Parking: Parking will be provided for the candidate within their parking deck.

Job Description:
Accountable for daily operations of small- medium size team. Ensures contract compliance of contracted services including, but not limited to: Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality, Imaging and Mail services through SLA results and client feedback. Responsible for selecting and assessing talent, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee retention, staff training & development, succession planning, and conducts performance management that includes employee counseling Responsible to manage daily operations of a small-medium size site while managing a team of direct reports. Seeking a candidate that can successfully lead a team and prioritize their managerial responsibilities. They will need to be engaging with the customer, have strong customer service, and effective communication skills. Must be able to meet company standard requirements of lifting 50lbs. The candidate will need to walk the site periodically to validate job responsibilities are being fulfilled. Ex: Conference room sweeps, meeting room setups, etc.
