Job Description:
This position will be at a single person site. Position is customer facing and has direct contact with daily Key Contact and Client faculty. Candidate must be a self-starter, have the ability to multitask, make adjustments as the need dictates, focus on the task at hand and prioritize by urgency of the customer’s needs. Candidate must have strong Excel, Word and use of Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 office suite. Candidate should be technical in the use of electronic tools for receiving and tracking incoming mail / accountable packages. Should also have print experience.
The candidates submitted to this role should have mail experience or shipping/receiving experience and they should be comfortable using a mail meter.
Dress Code: Business casual no sneakers or jeans. Collared shirt. No visibly offensive Tattoos
