· General oversite of daily operations of a five classroom (ages from 0-8 years) childcare center in Pittsfield.

· Oversees dynamic curriculum development, ensure regulations and licensing compliance, grow encourage and develop teaching staff.

· Interaction with families and children to ensure that their first school experience is a great one!

Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred and EEC Director I & II certification with significant teaching, supervisory, team building and leadership experience required.
