Job Description Upward Bound is a federal grant program designed to increase the number of low-income and first-generation students who are prepared to graduate from high school and to enter and persist in post-secondary education. Upward Bound provides five-year grants/partnerships to provide services at high poverty, underserved high schools. Upward Bound grantees serve an entire cohort of students beginning in the ninth grade and following the cohort through their first year of college.

In compliance with NYCs Pay Transparency Act, the annual salary for this position is $66,300. St. Johns University considers factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
