Site Director – Clinical Research | Las Vegas, NV
IMA Clinical Research is looking for an experienced Site Director to lead day-to-day operations at our Las Vegas site. You'll manage a team of Clinical Research Staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and help drive the site's growth and performance.
What You'll Do
- Supervise Clinical Research Staff and oversee daily site activities, including protocol feasibility, budgets, and study participant management
- Own study financials — budget oversight, income/expense tracking, and compliance reporting to leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor research staff; set performance goals and lead development of SOPs and operational tools
- Drive quality control initiatives, partner with leadership and HR on staffing issues, and conduct annual performance reviews
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree
- Site-level clinical trial experience
- 2-5 years of site-level management experience
- Master's degree, RN, NP, or PA-C preferred
- SoCRA CCRP certification a plus
