Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Site Director to join our team! You will be managing the daily function of the school, managing staff schedule, communicating with parents, ordering supplies, completing tours, etc. Director will support the staff and help in classrooms when necessary to assess students' current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment. 
*Must have 12 ECE units including infant/toddlers and all courses required for position. 

Responsibilities

• Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum
• Teach beginning reading and math skills
• Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
• Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
• Communicate with parents and other school personnel
• Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Problem-solving and mediation skills.
