  • Monitor progress, track daily outputs and resolve issues that may impact programme or cost
  • Oversee subcontractors and commissioning engineers during testing and commissioning activities
  • Ensure inspection and test plans, as‑built documentation and NICEIC certification are completed to the required standard
  • Manage plant, equipment and material requirements to support efficient delivery
  • Support the development and mentoring of electrical supervisors, apprentices and self‑delivery teams
  • Promote innovation and the use of digital tools to improve safety, quality and delivery efficiency

Who we're looking for

You will ideally have:

  • A CSCS‑affiliated Electrical Supervisor card with proven supervisory experience
  • Mechanical & Electrical experience within the water or construction industry

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams
  • Good IT skills and an openness to adopting digital ways of working

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering safe, high‑quality electrical works across a major water infrastructure programme. If you're ready to make an impact during AMP8, we'd love to hear from you.
