This is a hands-on operational role responsible for ensuring that the physical site (facility, workshop, yard, and operational areas) fully supports engineering execution and never becomes a bottleneck.
The role is embedded within engineering operations and focuses on uptime, safety, organization, and proactive issue prevention, rather than administrative oversight.

- Manage access control:
- Coordinate and track all maintenance activities
- Manage external contractors ensuring:

- Maintain safe working conditions:

- Incident response
- Risk identification and escalation
- Oversee utilities:
- Power
- Water
- Internet
- Backup systems
- Support logistics:
- Equipment movement
- Material handling
- Manage facility tools, consumables, and PPE
- Develop operational procedures for:

- Workspace readiness
Required Qualifications- Experience managing facilities or operations in:
- Industrial
- Technical
- Engineering environments
- Strong experience coordinating vendors and maintenance
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance
