Role Description The Site Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, responsible for supervising insulation installation activities on commercial and industrial projects. This role oversees daily job site operations, including planning work, assigning tasks, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. The Site Foreman monitors the use of tools, materials, and heavy equipment, conducts site inspections, and verifies that work meets quality standards and project drawings. The role includes communicating with project managers, general contractors, and clients, documenting progress, and addressing issues or delays. The Site Foreman also supports training of team members, enforces safety policies, and assists with basic carpentry and maintenance tasks related to mechanical insulation systems.

• Experience working with heavy equipment and tools commonly used in construction and mechanical insulation.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, contractors, and clients, and for reporting job status.

• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical systems and job-site equipment.

• Proven experience as a foreman or lead in construction, mechanical insulation, or a closely related field.

• Solid understanding of job-site safety practices and OSHA standards; ability to enforce safety protocols consistently.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work orders.
• \n
• Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Houston, TX; willingness to work in varying outdoor and industrial conditions.
• \n
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade certifications in insulation, construction, or related areas are a plus.
