Sparkle Car Wash is looking for a General Manager who knows how to lead people, drive performance, and create a customer experience that keeps people coming back.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong teams, hitting goals, solving problems, and taking ownership of their location.

Compensation & Perks: $55,000–$65,000 annual salary.

What You'll Do:
As General Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of the location's daily operations and overall performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and team performance.
- Drive membership sales, customer retention, and key performance metrics.
- Monitor KPIs and use performance data to improve results.
- Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, safety, and site appearance.
- Oversee cash handling and daily operational procedures.
- Conduct team training, coaching, and performance conversations.
- Complete and monitor equipment and maintenance inspections.
- Open and close the location and ensure the site is operating at its best every day.
- Build a positive culture where employees feel supported, accountable, and motivated to succeed.

- Experienced managing teams in retail, restaurant, car wash, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment.
