If you thrive on solving workforce puzzles in real time, this Site HR and Staffing Liaison role is for you. You’ll be the primary link between employees, the agency, and the client at the facility—guiding policy communication, safeguarding records and evaluations, and ensuring every action aligns with regulatory requirements. You’ll operate with minimal supervision and provide nominal oversight to subordinate staff while keeping service levels high.

Picture this

It’s 5:45 PM and production demand spikes. You rebalance the labor pool—placing new orders, reassigning teammates, and, when necessary, ending assignments. Minutes later, you lead a brief orientation for late-shift newcomers, then oversee an equipment-operator test. Between tasks, you update the building’s “Daily Reconcile,” investigate a reported concern, and prepare a clear, timely report for the agency. By night’s end, payroll reports are gathered and submitted for client approval, and weekly payroll checks show compliance with requirements like meal penalties.

What you’ll do

  • Be the liaison: Communicate policies and procedures clearly; maintain a positive, safety-focused atmosphere; follow the chain of command.
  • Manage headcount: Place orders, reassign team members, and end assignments to meet client needs; forecast staffing with client leaders.
  • Train and test: Plan and deliver new-hire training; conduct on-site assessments for current and prospective equipment operators; nurture buy-in for company policies.
  • Keep records tight: Maintain personnel files and evaluations; log corrective actions and training attendance; capture notes in agency software; complete and reconcile required records, notifying the agency of discrepancies.
  • Support safety and incidents: Work with the safety team to elevate protections for temporary employees; complete injury reports and promptly notify the client and agency.
  • Drive retention and relations: Investigate complaints, recommend corrective/disciplinary actions, and motivate associates to stay and grow; recommend promotions, advancements, or status changes.
  • Run payroll workflows: Collect payroll reports for timely client approval; monitor weekly payroll for legal compliance, including meal penalty rules.
  • Partner with the client: Respond quickly to inquiries, assist with service and operational needs, resolve grievances, improve performance, and plan activities that lift productivity at production sites.
  • Process PTO: Review and recommend approval of PTO requests and submit them to On-Premise Clerical.
  • Adapt as needed: Take on miscellaneous or unplanned tasks as assigned.

Schedule & pay

  • Schedule: 3:30PM -12:30AM Monday through Friday, with OT and weekends as needed.
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 DOE
