We are looking for a We are seeking a highly motivated, technology driven seasoned professional to support the Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) at Ft. Leavenworth , KS.

Salary: $85,000 - 95,000/annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Specialist - Staff and Faculty Systems Training and Site Lead.
  • This position is designed for a senior LMS and training professional with demonstrated experience in Canvas-enabled learning environments, academic stakeholder engagement,

Instructional delivery, faculty development, and leadership of small teams.

  • As the Site Lead, you will have full authority for daily operations, be available during core hours, and possess at least five years of Canvas-systems experience and experience leading small teams.

Blackboard-to-Canvas transition, leading a 5-person cross-functional team and coordinating with leadership, faculty.

  • Curriculum development, instructional delivery, and LMS ecosystem experience including Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle.
  • Background should align well to the dual role of Site Lead and Training.
  • Army education enterprise modernization.

Required Skills and Experience

  • BS Degree in related field.
  • DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Three to five years of training experience and supervision of a small team.
  • Three years of Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle experience.
  • Contract governance, COR coordination, and daily workload oversight experience.

Required Clearance

  • Active DoD Secret clearance required.
