Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor)Penmac Staffing is hiring a Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor) to support a fast-paced logistics operation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
Pay & Schedule for the Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor)- Starting pay: $21-25 per hour / Based on Experience
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 40–50 hours per week
Requirements for the Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor)- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong decision-making, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor) Responsibilities- Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise on-site staff
- Conduct team meetings, assign priorities, and communicate expectations
- Monitor productivity and track key performance metrics
