We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and execute our Laboratory Services program at our Malvern, PA location. This is an on-site position where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and strategic value for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Laboratory Services programs, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Act as the main contact for business and strategic partners regarding laboratory needs.
• Manage vendor relationships in a GxP environment to deliver high-quality lab services.
• Ensure alignment with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems through appropriate training.
• Implement strategies for equipment maintenance, supply procurement, and lab support services.
• Collaborate with site-based teams to monitor performance and implement improvement plans.

Requirements

• BS degree in biological or chemical science.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in laboratory sciences or operations within pharma/biotech R&D.
• Experience in a GxP environment.
• Proven ability to manage vendor and strategic partner relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
• Knowledge of GxP environments, quality & compliance, and industry regulations (FDA, ISO, OSHA).

• Experience leading through influence with a customer service mindset.
• Strong internal stakeholder relationship skills.
