Description

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required, on the job training can be provided
  • No High School Diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • Safety Toe shoes required (composite, or steel toe) with slip-resistant soles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • 1 year of similar work experience
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
  • Report to the overall Site Supervisor as needed, and relay performance issues
  • Assist with the training of cleaning team
  • Coordinate work assignments
  • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned buildings
  • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
  • Oversee quality of jobs and confirms completion with Site Supervisor
  • Provide training to all new hires during shift
  • Capable of standing and moving for long periods of time
  • Capable of lifting and moving items up to 20lbs
  • Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
  • Follow procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors, fixtures, and equipment
  • Notify Supervisor/Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
  • Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, pallets, and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks
  • Gather and empty trash and recycling and transport to appropriate compactor
  • Maintain outside around the building to keep free of trash and debris
  • Sweep or use blower on walkways, to remove leaves, cut grass, remove snow, or perform other incidental seasonal tasks
  • Clean floors using booms, dust mops, dust pans, mop and bucket, appropriate scrubber machines, and cleaning supplies to maintain service for workers, and present a clean and kept appearance
