Description
Duration: 12-month contract position with the possibility of an extension or conversion
Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Interviews will be Virtual and in-person.
- This position conducts oversight of site operations, as well as actively contributes to printing, copying, scanning of documents as requested by the customer, assists with reception and hospitality services when needed, and mail operations.
- A person who understands working in a law firm environment, with leadership experience. One who takes initiative to prevent problems, and most importantly, one who is customer service focused.
- No Driving required for the role.
- Dress code is Law firm appropriate business casual.
