SWS Ventures LLC operates Tommy’s Express Car Washes in Lancaster, Berks, and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania.

• Willow Street, PA

Our car wash facilities are World Class and so is our customer service.

We are looking for a full-time Site Leader to join our growing team.

The Site Leader oversees and manages the overall operations of the business, including, but not limited to the following: budgets, scheduling, car wash quality, Guest service and internal human resources (You must maintain a strong teamwork environment). This is an opportunity to join a fast growing company in a leadership position.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing the performance of front-line staff.
• Experience leading teams to deliver a strong guest experience.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods and work around wash equipment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• English language proficiency.
• Able to work on-site.
• Available to work weekends and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading and developing teams in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Experience leading teams to hit sales targets.
• Experience building schedules and managing labor hours.
• Experience handling light maintenance tasks.
