Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM (M-F)
Interviews will be MS Teams virtual interviews
Job Duties: Reception, mail, hospitality (kitchen supplies stock & inventory, conf room maintenance) Office supply inventory / ordering. Light scanning and copy. Previous reception experience;Customer service oriented;strong written and verbal communication skills;works well independently. Some knowledge of US Government Client mail & accountable mail;previous law form experience a plus.
