POSITION OVERVIEW
As a
Site Maintenance and Reliability Leader your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Implement, deploy and oversee maintenance and repair processes, incorporating best practices for effective and efficient utilization of employee resources and improve environmental health and safety performance while ensuring compliance with maintenance and inventory standards and procedures.
- Deploy a continuous improvement process based on gap identification and elimination, performing group assessments and follow up on actions to manage risk and loss potential to personnel, equipment and plant operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate
Site Maintenance and Reliability Leader who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal
Site Maintenance and Reliability Leader would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively within multiple levels of the organization to influence and build and maintain collaborative working partnerships
- Working knowledge of local and regional safety, health and environmental regulations
