Our client, a leader in property management and facilities services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager 3 to join their team. As a Site Manager 3, you will be an integral part of the Facilities Management department supporting the seamless operation of onsite facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Rate: $32/hr

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping to ensure efficient building operations.
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, managing staff, financials, and vendors to support smooth facility functioning.
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and site inspections to uphold safety and operational standards.
  • Respond promptly and positively to requests from clients and occupants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor the facility to maintain safety, security, and overall well-being, including overseeing machinery, equipment, and systems repair.

What's Needed?

  • 5-7 years of Facilities Management experience, with proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, documentation, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of business management principles, strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial analysis.
