Site Manager

Your Tasks

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Alpharetta laboratory, ensuring compliance with TÜV SÜD policies, quality standards, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales and operations team; establish operational KPIs, monitor performance, assess training needs, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop and execute site-level business and sales strategies across key ICS service areas, including ITE, consumer goods, machinery, lighting, and laboratory services.
  • Own site budgeting and forecasting activities; develop annual operating plans, monitor expenditures, and provide monthly financial updates to support business objectives.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and overall site performance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the site is appropriately staffed, equipped, and positioned to meet customer demand and growth objectives.
  • Support business development efforts through customer meetings, technical discussions, and testing engagements; ensure projects are executed on time while achieving revenue and margin targets.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the site.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education (required/preferred per local policy).
  • 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, including developing individuals and teams.
  • 5+ years of laboratory operations experience with financial and cost accountability; proven ability to achieve revenue, margin, and operational KPI targets.
  • 3-5+ years of experience within product safety, compliance, testing, inspection, or certification (TIC) services.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM and operational systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, customer-focused approach with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
