That's where you come in!As a Site Manager at Clean Team you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned site. We are currently looking for an exempt, salaried Site Manager in the Fort Wayne / Auburn IN market. You will fit in at Clean Team if:You are devoted to providing our customers with the highest quality serviceYou are hardworking, a gracious team member and can get down to the nitty grittyYou can strategically plan by utilizing all resources and delegate duties for your accountYou are looking for an opportunity to work independently utilizing your leadership skillsYou are dedicated to developing and leading a team of your ownWe rely on our Site Managers to:Oversee multiple buildings, monitor the quality of services provided to customer with a sense of urgency to maintain customer retentionTrain and lead a team of Cleaning Associates - with a keen focus on employee development and retentionControl labor and supply costsIdentify areas where further training is necessary to develop and retain our cleaners.Manage consistency of Janitorial Closet organization, coordinate cleaning supply orders and ensure each building is adequately stockedWork together with your team and upper management to provide effective communicationManage your time and prioritize a weekly agenda, while flexing daily to changing customer needsJob Qualifications:Skilled at making quality decisions, follow through with strategic planning to meet deadlines on tasks and projectsAbility to give and receive feedback and effectively apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflictCapability to create a game plan for each evening and week by using effective time management and schedulingThis position is based largely on customer needs and candidate must be flexible to support both first and second shift needs if needed.Site Managers have opportunities for advancement.Basic Qualifications -Minimum of 3 years proven management / leadership experience-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite-Experience coaching, mentoring and training othersRequired Qualifications -Must have a valid driver's license-Must have valid car insurance-Must have reliable transportation-Must have a clear background check
