About this Role:

Quanta Power Solutions is looking for an Electrical Superintendent to be responsible for leading and directing all field electrical construction activities for utility-scale power generation projects, including Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) facilities. This position oversees electrical craft personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all electrical construction activities within assigned project areas.
• Supervise electrical craft personnel, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and project requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and work schedules to meet project milestones.
• Oversee installation of switchgear, transformers, MCCs, cable tray, raceway systems, grounding, and power/control cabling.
• Review drawings, specifications, and work plans to ensure proper execution.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, quality, and commissioning teams.
• Support system turnover, energization, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain construction documentation.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent industrial electrical construction experience preferred.
• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial, power generation, or heavy construction environments.
• CCGT, simple cycle, or utility-scale power generation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction sequencing, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work project-based schedules.
