Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Site Manager / Handyman to join the team at our successful property management company. The Site Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial and/or residential properties.  If you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and thriving in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities 
  • Respond to tenant / Homeowner inquiries
  • Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
  • Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
  • Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
Qualifications
  • Proven working experience in property management
  • Must have reliable transportation and own tools.
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Property Management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills a must.
  • Experience with property management software preferred (but willing to train)
  • Must be competent in carpentry, electrical and plumbing 
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Organizational skills a must.
  • Identify problems and develop solutions quickly.
  • Must be flexible with adjust to workflow
