Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Weekly Pay
We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable, and professional Site Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall condition of a residential property. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a property, enjoys working independently, and is committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
The Site Manager plays an important role in the day-to-day success of the property. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, observant, and able to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, maintenance personnel, and board members. The right candidate will be comfortable walking the property throughout the day, addressing concerns as they arise, and helping ensure operations continue running smoothly and professionally at all times.
This is a hands-on position that requires someone who can stay organized, remain focused, and take initiative without constant supervision. $25–$27 per hour
Weekly Pay
Compensation depends on experience, reliability, professionalism, and previous experience as a Site Manager or in a related property management role.

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
30-Minute Lunch Break
