Site Manager

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Weekly Pay

We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable, and professional Site Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall condition of a residential property. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a property, enjoys working independently, and is committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The Site Manager plays an important role in the day-to-day success of the property. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, observant, and able to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, maintenance personnel, and board members. The right candidate will be comfortable walking the property throughout the day, addressing concerns as they arise, and helping ensure operations continue running smoothly and professionally at all times.

This is a hands-on position that requires someone who can stay organized, remain focused, and take initiative without constant supervision. Pay

$25–$27 per hour
Weekly Pay

Compensation depends on experience, reliability, professionalism, and previous experience as a Site Manager or in a related property management role.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
30-Minute Lunch Break

This is a full-time position with a stable daytime schedule.


Job Responsibilities

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall appearance of the property while helping ensure residents and board members receive professional and responsive support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Walking and inspecting the property regularly throughout the day
  • Monitoring the condition of common areas, grounds, walkways, and property facilities
  • Ensuring the property remains clean, organized, safe, and operating smoothly
  • Assisting residents with questions, concerns, or property-related matters
  • Working closely with board members and helping support their requests and property goals
  • Observing activity on the property and monitoring who comes on and off-site
  • Reporting maintenance concerns, damages, hazards, or unusual activity promptly
  • Assisting with irrigation plugs and basic irrigation-related troubleshooting when needed
  • Coordinating with vendors, contractors, maintenance staff, and service providers
  • Performing light janitorial duties to help maintain cleanliness and appearance standards
  • Following up on property issues and ensuring concerns are addressed in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a visible and professional presence throughout the property
  • Providing strong customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Helping ensure residents feel supported and comfortable within the community
  • Staying organized and managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who are dependable, self-motivated, and capable of handling daily property oversight responsibilities with professionalism and confidence.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager, Property Manager, Resident Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Good observation and problem-solving skills
  • Basic maintenance knowledge preferred
  • Experience working with irrigation plugs or irrigation systems is a plus
  • Comfortable walking the property and remaining active during shifts
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to communicate professionally with residents, board members, vendors, and staff
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
