Site Manager I

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily clinic operations and support both front office and clinical teams
- Help create a positive, team oriented culture focused on patient care and employee support
- Coach, guide, and empower employees while maintaining accountability
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational problem solving
- Partner with providers and operational teams to improve patient experience and clinic performance
- Support employee growth, communication, and collaboration across departments
- Help maintain an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed
What We're Looking For
- Strong management and communication skills
- Someone who leads by example and works well with all personality types
- Ability to stay organized and problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Healthcare, customer service, or clinic experience is a plus
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Healthcare or Business Administration
- MPA, MBA or MHA preferred
- 5-8 years previous medical practice management experience
- Healthcare, clinic, customer service, or fast paced operational experience is a plus
