Position Overview
The Site Manager in Training (MIT) role is designed to prepare future leaders to successfully operate and manage a Blue Iguana Car Wash location.

This hands-on leadership position combines:
• Sales leadership
• Customer experience
• Team development
• Site operations management

What You’ll Learn & Do
Operations Management
• Learn daily site operations and procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Monitor operational performance and site standards
• Learn equipment basics and troubleshooting techniques

Sales Leadership
• Promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships
• Coach team members on sales strategies and customer engagement
• Drive membership growth and site performance
• Help create loyal, repeat customers

Team Leadership
• Interview, hire, and train new team members
• Schedule crews and manage labor efficiently
• Motivate and develop employees
• Foster a positive, high-energy team culture

Customer Experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Lead by example with enthusiasm and accountability

Qualifications & Requirements
Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Sales leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Open availability required, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
