    Job Overview:

    Clean Team Inc, a consolidator of leading specialty cleaning services and contractor services

    providers across Ohio and the mid-Atlantic region, is recruiting for a Site Manager for its rapidly

    growing platform of diverse client locations. We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to

    oversee the operations of multiple locations. This individual will be skilled in managing various

    operations with a strategic mindset and superb leadership skills. Excellent abilities in budgeting

    and operations planning are also essential for this role. The goal for this role is to ensure client

    contracts are met and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency. A successful

    leader will have a lead with service attitude and own the outcome regardless of the result.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Ensure world-class customer service while building continuity within teams at each

    location.

    Oversee daily operations performed to ensure delivery of contracted services.

    Provide training, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

    Preserve all equipment and order supplies to ensure teams have the resources to complete contract specifications.

    Maintain effective relationships and function as primary contact with clients to meet scope of work guidelines.

    Complete regular on-site inspections.

    Quickly coordinate site specific requests and address problems or complaints promptly.

    Ensure daily operations are within budget for each assigned contract.

    Communicate staffing needs with direct report and recruiters.

    Sustain staff turnover within company expectations.

    Ensure quality and safety standards by ensuring staff are trained on all company policies, standards, and procedures.

    Looks for and implements continuous improvements while encouraging the team to leverage new digital tools and ways of working to support brand goals.

    Aid in interviewing, recruiting, and training staff.

    Attend regular meetings to discuss business updates, issues, and opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a team lead or similar managerial role.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Keen sense of service and passion for the Company transformation; thrives on change,

    pace, action, and accountability.

    Demonstrates curiosity and a growth mindset to foster an environment that supports

    learning, intelligent risk-taking, and shows resilience in the face of setbacks.

    Access to reliable transportation.

    Possess a clean driving record.

    Pass a background check based on client contract guidelines.

    Highly meticulous with an aptitude and desire to learn, display critical thinking and

    critical thinking skills.

    Strong written and oral communication skills.

    High ethical standards while encompassing strong leadership skills.

    Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance for some locations.

    The ability to consult and advise team members on a range of issues.

    Ability to build and support strong working relationships at all levels in the organization.
