About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work with management and staff to guide, plan, and implement organizational development at the site level; provide clinical and administrative supervision for staff; and to monitor and maintain the facility. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, including planning, financial performance, quality of services, customer satisfaction, community relationships, development or enhancement of local programs, and hiring, managing, and developing the staff. This position is intended to be an average of 20% direct clinical services and 80% administrative duties.

Compensation

This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.

  • Compensation: $67,099.88 - $90,470.56

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.

What You Can Expect

  • Lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring the team meets performance and service goals.
  • Provide support, supervision, and development for staff while helping maintain a positive work environment.
  • Deliver high-quality client care through a mix of clinical work and administrative leadership responsibilities.
  • Build strong community relationships and represent the organization professionally with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee site operations, staffing, and financial performance to ensure overall success of the facility.
  • Supervise, train, and support staff while hiring and developing high-quality team members.
  • Monitor and maintain quality services, customer satisfaction, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Build community partnerships and represent the organization as the primary leader and point of contact for the site.
  • Education: Must have a Master's Degree in a human service or related field
  • Licensure: Must hold a current mental health license; LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), preferably dually licensed with LCAS(A)
  • Experience: One year of experience in direct practice, working with clients with mental health and/or substance use issues.
  • Must have functional and reliable personal vehicle.
  • A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is also required.
